What we collect
Nothing. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell or share any personal information or usage data of any kind — no name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or behavioural or analytics data.
What is stored on your device
The game saves the following locally, on your device only, so your progress survives closing the app:
- Your level progress, scores, best combo and largest claim
- Which visual themes you have unlocked and which one is selected
- Your settings: sound, music, haptics, reduced motion and high contrast
- Whether you have seen the opening tutorial
This data never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes all of it permanently.
Network access
The iOS version of Territory makes no network requests and is fully playable in Airplane Mode.
The Android version, when installed outside Google Play, checks a single public file to see whether a newer version has been published. That request sends no personal data, identifiers or credentials. The game is fully playable with no connection.
Children
Territory is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no data at all, we collect no data from children. The game contains no advertising, purchases, chat, user-generated content or links to social media.
Third parties
Territory contains no third-party advertising, analytics or attribution SDKs. No third party receives any information about you through this app.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export or delete. To remove the local data, delete the app from your device.
